Community Inclusion Officer

22/05/2025

We are really pleased to announce that the National Lottery [Scotland] have agreed to fund our Community Inclusion Officer post for another 12 months allowing us to continue delivering and growing our community programs.

This funding means our Free to Cost outdoor woodland and messy play sessions with Flowers & Pebbles childminding and outdoor play can continue for the community and we hope to increase our capacity to benefit even more of our local families.

Our Rural Hubs will be starting again from June, going to Killin first and then expand over the year to Strathyre, Crainlarich and Aberfoyle.

We are in discussions with Active Stirling again and our Schools delivery will begin for all our primary schools and Mclaren HS for the new 2025/26 school year.

With all this going on we are still focussed on acquiring and installing more community facilities for the town and hopefully we will have some updates in the coming months.
